The activation is designed for MIB2 systems in the VAG Group, usually model years 2015 to 2021. A quick look at your software version tells whether your car is included.

We activate the CarPlay/Android Auto function already present in your MIB2 system via software. Nothing is changed on the hardware – the activation is clean and reversible at any time.
The actual activation usually takes only a few minutes. Plan around 30 minutes for the whole appointment incl. connection and a short explanation.
VAG vehicles (VW, Audi, Škoda and SEAT) with MIB2 navigation, usually model years 2015–2021. The decisive factor is the SW-train version (MST2_, MHS2_, MHI2_ or MH2P_). We check this for free in advance.
Yes. With the remote service for 10 € extra we guide you through the activation via video call/remote access – you don't have to come to the workshop. On site is of course possible at no extra charge.
There is no intervention in the hardware and the activation can be undone. We make no binding statements about manufacturer warranties – in case of doubt we're happy to clarify your individual situation beforehand.
